On the occasion of World Environment Day, My Indian Dream organized a nationwide poster-making contest for school children. We had received a good response from all over India. There were entries from almost all the regions and states. It was very difficult for the judges to arrive at the winners. But finally, after a lot of thinking and consideration, Bhavya Pahwa of DAV Public School Amritsar, Punjab was chosen as the final winner. Bhavya Pahwa depicted the current initiatives of the government very successfully in her poster. Be it the Mars mission of ISRO, Pradhanmantri Jan-Dhan Yojana, Make in India, Beti Bachao or Smart Cities, Bhavya Pahwa portrayed everything very artistically in his “Modi-fied” vision of future India.

Like its counterpart white magic, the origins of black magic can be traced to the primitive, ritualistic worship of spirits as outlined in Robert M. Place's 2009 book, Magic and Alchemy. Unlike white magic, in which Place sees parallels with primitive shamanistic efforts to achieve closeness with spiritual beings, the rituals that developed into modern "black magic" were designed to invoke those same spirits to produce beneficial outcomes for the practitioner. Place also provides a broad modern definition of both black and white magic, preferring instead to refer to them as "high magic" (white) and "low magic" (black) based primarily on intentions of the practitioner employing them. He acknowledges, though, that this broader definition (of "high" and "low") suffers from prejudices because good-intention ed folk magic may be considered "low" while ceremonial magic involving expensive or exclusive components may be

BAD THINGS "Bad Things" is a mid-tempo ballad that features an interpolation of the 1999 Fastball single "Out of My Hea. Lyrically, the song incorporates themes of pain-is-pleasure type of love. The song shares a bass line with Bellyache's Canon lending it an air of familiarity. " Bad Things" debuted at number 80 on the US Billboard Hot 100 during the week of November 5, 2016, becoming MGK's second entry on the chart, after 2011's "Wild Boy", and his highest-charting single. It has since reached number four in the issue dated February 11, 2017, becoming both MGK and Cabello's first top five single as solo artists. What Should You Do? The Skill of Independent Decision Making for Admin Professionals. Some administrative employees complain of bosses who micromanage them. That is, the manager or executive tells the admin what to do, how to do it, when to do it, etc. — and checks back frequently to see how it’s going. Likewise, things are not always just dandy for some employers who aren’t micromanagers but have employees who seem to need or want micromanagement. The employee asks what do you need me to do, when, how do you want me to do it, is this choice okay with you, how long should I work on this, do you mind if I…. Get the picture? If you are the one frequently “asking” for such micromanagement, perhaps without even realizing it until now, you need to break that habit. That’s not how a valuable administrative professional acts. To be more valuable, you have to learn the skill of independent decision making. Sure, you’re not the boss, and you shouldn’t make all dec

FIRST DAY OF THE OF LIFE The First Day of the of Your Life" received positive reviews from critics. On Rotten Tomatoes, it holds an 82% with an average rating of 7.43 out of 10, based on 34 reviews. The site's consensus reads: "The First Day of the Rest of Your Life" overcomes sporadic doldrums with an action-packed battle sequence, satisfying and innovative storytelling, and impressively imaginative use of a tiger. Jeff Stone of IndieWire gave the episode a "B-" grade and summarized it saying, "The Season 7 finale is poorly paced, but has enough thrills to get by." Stone appreciated that Sasha "went out fighting in her own way" but was highly critical of Negan saying, "Negan proves he’s still the dumbest villain of all time, because even after all that, he refuses to kill Rick." He criticized Maggie's ending speech and called it "repetitive and sappy". Kevin Fitzpatrick of Screen Crush gave the

BIGGEST WALL IN THE WORLD The original purpose and architects of Ranikot Fort are unknown. However, it is believed that the fort was built during the regimes of the Sassanians, the Scythians, the Parthians or the Bactrian Greeks. Archaeologists point to the 17th century as the time of its first construction but Sindh archaeologists now agree that some of the present structures were reconstructed by Talpurs in 1812 at a cost of 1.2 million rupees (Sindh Gazetteer, 677). The battlements of Ranikot formed the last capital of the Amirs of Sind, when they were brought under the colonial rule of the British Empire. Radiocarbon tests were conducted at the Sann Gate on the charcoal embedded in the mortar of a collapsed pillar of the eastern gate of the fort. These tests have confirmed that this gate was probably renovated between the early part of the 18th century and the early part of the 19th century, prior to Britain invading the fort when the Kalhoras, or most likely the T

WORLD MOST BIGGEST RIVER IN THE WORLD There are many factors, such as the source, the identification or the definition of the mouth, and the scale of measurement[1] of the river length between source and mouth, that determine the precise meaning of "river length". As a result, the length measurements of many rivers are only approximations (see also coastline paradox). In particular, there has long been disagreement as to whether the Nile or the Amazon is the world's longest river. The Nile has traditionally been considered longer, but in recent years some Brazilian and Peruvian studies have suggested that the Amazon is longer by measuring the river plus the adjacent ParĂ¡ estuary and the longest connecting tidal canal. Even when detailed maps are available, the length measurement is not always clear. A river may have multiple channels, or subbranches. The length may depend on whether the center or the edge of the river is measured. It may not be clear how
