The Floating Seahorse Signature Edition of Dubai

Dubai's Floating Villa With Underwater Bedroom Will Give Your Dream house Wings. Arabian Gulf is beckoning you to unwind by watching sea creatures and plants from close quarters as you stay under pristine waters.

Have a look at natural beauty as you stay enveloped in luxury.

Built By - Kleindienst Group

The villa has three levels.

The villas have three levels—the main floor at sea-level, an upper deck, and a lower level completely submerged in water. The lower level consists of a master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows for a completely “uninterrupted” view of the ocean around you.

It’s very cool in theory, but we imagine views may sometimes be rather dark and murky—and it won’t exactly be easy to clean the outside of those windows.

The villa has a large floating deck for you to revel in the sun.

The Floating Seahorse is “essentially a boat, not a villa,” according to Kleindienst. It’s a boat that doesn’t move, with a fully-fitted kitchen and a glass-bottomed Jacuzzi on its sun deck. But sure, let’s call it a boat.

The easy access to water just by the side of the deck lures you to take a dive into the crystal clear water. The Signature Edition of The Floating Seahorse is designed especially for families with children and groups. If you want to take a swim, a convenient step-ladder offers a safe entry and exit. Or you could just dive right in.

Since the structures are located about two and a half miles from Dubai's shores, inhabitants can reach their Seahorse via boat or seaplane — not exactly the most accessible way to get to and from home. Once they're out there, they can cross between the islands via floating jetties.

A new standard for what it means to live lavishly.

Surrounded by 300 deserted man-made islands, Dubai's newest real-estate wonder has all the amenities of a luxury Villa's - plus views of the bottom of the sea.

The Floating Seahorse villas feature submerged bedrooms whose curtains open up to transplanted coral and the waters of the Persian Gulf. Wide-mouthed groupers and other fish dart past its more than 15-centimetre-thick acrylic windows.

Adventurous types who have always dreamed of living under the sea can live out their fantasy in this stunning holiday villa

The underwater views are just as impressive, with marine life on full display in the master bedroom.

Below the water's surface there are actually two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a viewing area for the coral garden.

If they get bored of island or sea views, they will have access to high-speed internet and satellite TV. Guests won’t have to worry about the heat, either, as the villa is equipped with air conditioning.

Kleindienst's team is currently producing 125 of these signature edition homes.

The first models went on sale last year, before any Seahorses were even completed. Kleindienst says it sold approximately 60 Seahorses in 2015. More are still for sale.

A Kleindienst spokesperson tells that the homes are currently selling for 6.5 million AED ($1.8 million). Only 42 have been built, and 35 have already been sold. The project is scheduled to finish by the end of 2016, and the first tenants will move into their giant floating seahorses in 2017.

By the time the ambitious project is complete in 2018 there will be more than 125 floating villas, which cost as much as $2 million each, linked to a man-made archipelago, called the Heart of Europe, in the Persian Gulf.

Just have a glance over the vibrant bedrooms, they will propel anyone to pack bags and run for it.

A one-bedroom Floating Seahorse – the first partially-submerged villa of its kind – has been installed 2.5 miles off Dubai.
Designed especially for you, The Signature Edition of The Floating Seahorse is fully customised and personalised to suit your individual style and taste. Inspired by the true meaning of a signature, each Floating Seahorse will be bespoke and distinctive. You can select from a variety of different premium quality finishes ranging from flooring to kitchens and bathrooms. What’s more, the interiors can also be tailored to meet your individual requirements.

There will be nearly 900 square feet of living space and 600 square feet on the outside of the Seahorse for the garden

Astonishing and Spectacular

The $2.8 million Floating Seahorse is the product of more than 5,000 hours of research and 13,000 hours of design and engineering, according to design firm Kleindienst Group.

On the upper level, guests have a glass-bottom hot tub which looks down into the living room, a relaxation area, external shower, kitchenette and minibar. Some of the space can be converted into an outdoor bedroom.

Guests won’t feel like they’re staying on an island, however, as each villa is luxuriously appointed and equipped with the latest technology.
